Hi Simon, Just wanted to say how much I enjoyed the chocolate making on Saturday and how much I learned from you about it all. It was such fun and I would recommend it to anyone (I've already waxed lyrical about it to everyone I've met this weekend!) The fruits of my 'labour' have been shared and all agree that they're great! If I could go back and do it again, I'd make more coconut! :) Thanks again, Charlie (23rd February 2013)
