An Introduction to Chocolate Making
10am for 1.5 hours (approx)
£10 per person
discounts for groups of 4 or more
Join us for an hour or so of dipping, shaping, decorating and tasting, in this fun, family friendly class. Work together to produce some tasty, chocolaty treats to wrap and take away with you when you leave.
You will learn a few tricks of the trade along the way and are guaranteed to laugh as the chocolate flows.
All equipment provided, including aprons, but please dress in casual/old clothes, chocolate can be messy!

How to Make and Flavour Belgian Truffles
2pm for 1.5 hours approx
£15 per person
Learn the art of successful handmade Belgian Truffle making with us, while making your own truffles from start to finish in this fun and informative class. Along the way you will learn about chocolate, the industry and get to try some key chocolate making techniques which are used to make truly delicious chocolates every time.
You will then wrap your chocolates in professional wrappings and take them away with you to enjoy. It
does not need to be said that you
will be tasting as you go....
All equipment provided, including aprons,
but please dress in casual/old clothes,
chocolate can be messy.
Chocolate tasting in style
6pm for 1 hour approx
£10 per person OVER 12 years old only
This event is for those who want to know a little bit more about chocolate, its flavours and its history.
Would you like to know more about the magic of chocolate and all it's subtleties? We will tell you what to look for and lots more during this informal fun tasting session. We will also demonstrate a key chocolate making technique used by all chocolatiers and produce some chocolates for you to take away and enjoy later.
